There were 3 rounds of interviews (1 phone screening; 1 online meeting; 1 on-site interview). Total process was less than one month from phone screening to receiving offer. They focuses a lot on the candidate's background and experience, the second interview mostly went through the details listed on the resume and some technical questions. The on-site interview to me feels more like a vibe check, to make sure you have good work ethic, you can fit in with the team and company culture.
