getting through randstad is quite a bit lengthy process as you will go through a short interview process based on the experience you have and if you're hired you will be working in Polycon Industries, but as a temporary worker to get into Magna you can apply and get in through internal hiring process but also for that your team leader's feedback is much required based on your performance, reliability, quality and other such similar things.
