The supervisor made it a point to go over with me the information on the company (the who, what, where, when, why, etc) then asked me questions about myself to see how I handled conflict, personal goals, and my previous work experiences that would make me a fit for the job.

Interview
Customary procedures about mistakes, strengths, etc. There were two people, one of which is their publisher contact. Just same old questions and did not feel pressure-filled. They were very professional and nice and I felt very confident after leaving that interview. They called a few days later and I was offered the job pending a drug test and background check.
