A skype call where the CEO would talk and get to know us, after applying online. We talked about personal likes and dislikes, and about the industry in general. I was asked about certain artists, trends in the industry, etc.

Interview
The interview was done by phone and a manager to whom I had sent my resume and cover letter reviewed the contents together with me to ascertain my competence as a translator. The interview did not last very long and ended in about 15 minutes. The conversation on the part of the interviewer was professional and succinct. There were no unnecessary questions asked.
