Interview
There was one interview. It was both professional but also chill. I had the friendliest manager who seemed genuinely interested in my previous experience and who I am as a person. Sales associates are constantly speaking with customers, so the manager cared mostly about customer service skills.

Have you had any experience with customer service?
The interview process was easy and quick and I got the job the same day. It was very simple and lasted about 15 minutes. I met the store director at the store.
They just asked you to talk about yourself and more about the experience you have. They go more into detail by giving you scenarios on how you would deal with a customer.
Interview process was simple - met with the store manager in the mall and talked about why I was interested in working there and what the basic expectations were for the role.
