Super fun and casual. Be yourself, as cliche as it sounds. They really appreciate people who are conversational and have an enthusiastic attitude to serve people and talk about ice cream.
I applied through Indeed, had an interview in the store. Questions are like introduce yourself, what's your fav ice cream flavor etc. The manager is super nice. And then did a 2-hour trial 2 days later.
