The interview process was very easy and straight forward. They want you to be honest about experience and good with people. If you have an outgoing personality it’ll be helpful. It also looks good if you have other customer service experience but okay if you do not.
The department store hiring process includes submitting an application, completing interviews, passing background checks, receiving a job offer, attending onboarding, and completing training before beginning regular work responsibilities. It sounded standard but I got a better job somewhere else.

Easy and quick. Super nice and just wanted to get it done right. I have had some pretty easy interviews but this one was one I really enjoyed which is crazy to say about an interview.
