Have already interviewed with a associate buyer in that department before, so it's a second interview. Talked to the buyer who is in charge of this department for 20 minutes in Macy's office. He introduced himself, described this position, asked me details about my experiences, asked my opinions about their website. Not very hard. The buyer is really nice.

Phone screening. From the first words of the recruiter it was clear that he just need to interview a certain number of people, and he was absolutely sure that I am not the person for this position before he dialed my number.

Applied and got a phone call a few days later. A phone interview was conducted and I was called back within 3 days for a face to face. Went to a 3 hour interview and met with several people and also took a test.
