Lots of scenarios, very easy, they aren't even strict on dress code, as long as you can answer the questions even when you don't understand the question, you'll get the job, they hire everyone. so you don't even have to worry about it, training sucks, it's more of an on hand experience and don't expect the managers to be helpful.

It was a few calls between the interviewer and I, when it was scheduled everything went great. I did not get the job because I accepted a different offer, but the process was smooth.
Super easy and not so many requirements to getting the job. just do what you need to do and you'll be fine with management and coworkers. opportunities to grow in the company.

What will make you a good candidate for the merchandising team
One on one interviews about customer service skills, previous experience, and passion. If i remember correctly there's some STAR format questions so remember previous work related experiences. Interview isn't too bad.
