Great the interview went very smooth. As long you have decent resume you’ll get the job. As long as you are prepared to answer their questions in regards to certain situations and qualifications you’ll get the job

It was a few calls between the interviewer and I, when it was scheduled everything went great. I did not get the job because I accepted a different offer, but the process was smooth.
Super easy and not so many requirements to getting the job. just do what you need to do and you'll be fine with management and coworkers. opportunities to grow in the company.

One on one interviews about customer service skills, previous experience, and passion. If i remember correctly there's some STAR format questions so remember previous work related experiences. Interview isn't too bad.
