Interview
I applied through Indeed. After submitting my application, I received an email to complete an online assessment. The next step was a virtual audio interview. The next day, I received a phone call for a phone screening and read a script in Spanish. Later that day, I received an email with a job offer.

Interview
The company was hiring for CSR, Collections and Bilingual CSR when I applied. I applied for both CSR and Bilingual CSR since I speak Spanish. After applying online I was asked to schedule a phone interview through the website. When the day came I received a call (about 10 minutes late, I was beginning to think they forgot about it lol) from them for the phone interview. It was pretty basic, they went over my application, work experience, and education, and then asked me a few situation questions like "Tell me about a time you went above and beyond to help a customer." Then the interviewer put me on hold to look over my skills and qualifications. When she came back she began telling me about the job itself, what to expect and the kind of hours I would work if I were to get hired. She also told me they start at $10/hr but based on my qualifications I would get $12/hr instead. I agreed to the terms and scheduled a 1 on 1 interview. I was told the interview would take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and if I get hired to expect to be there an extra hour.
The 1 on 1 interview was with a hiring manager. She had some papers with questions in hand as well as my online assessment/profile questions. She went over my job application and my previous job experience working with customers. She asked me a few questions about how I handled certain situations in my previous jobs. Since I have a few years of customer service experience with customers in person and on the phone, she skipped a few of the questions (since they were basically answered in the situation questions). She then hired me and told me what my pay would be and hours, then had my pic taken for the company ID card, and filled out some forms.
The whole phone interview took about 15 minutes and the 1 on 1 interview took about 25-30 minutes + 10 more minutes for paperwork.
Advice: If you're bilingual they'll consider hiring you first, because they get a lot of Spanish callers in the call centers and need people who are bilingual. Also, if you have experience working with computers it's also a plus. Dress in business casual since that is their dress code. No jeans, no shorts, no t-shirts.
