I applied online. Got an email back the next to set up an interview through their online appointment setup. Went to the interview. Went there 15 minutes early, no one was in the office area, then one girl came out of an office, told her I was there for an interview, she told me to have a seat at the kiosk outside. At my appointment time I was called in by the interviewer. She asked "why do you want to work for Macy's?" as an opening question. She was very friendly and was laughing during the interview. 10 minutes into the interview I was offered a position. For the next 15 minutes went over what the job entails and set up for training.
