I applied through university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Macy's (Saint Louis, MO) in Mar 2015
Interview
I first spoke with Macy's at my school's Career Fair and then submitted my resume through the Career Center's website. I had an on campus interview about a week later, followed by an on site interview day roughly a month after that. I got a call the next day with the offer.
They mostly asked behavioral questions about my leadership style, work habits, and past experiences. It was a relatively easy process and everyone I spoke to during my interviews was engaged and easy to talk to. After my interviews I was excited to get the offer and accepted it a few days later.

Question 1
Give an example of a project you have worked on and describe your role?
The interview process was lengthy but very conversational. I think there were 3-5 rounds. There was also a technical interview for your specific function that you took online in a closed browser.
It was easy. Just be yourself and don’t overthink it. First was a 15 min screening call over the phone. Then a 45 min zoom call with another individual. Questions related to past experience and how you deal with certain situations.
There were 3 rounds. The first is just an hr screening. You then have to take 2 exams for the second round. After the exams there is one final round. The process was very straightforward.
