The interview process was quite simple. After applying online I received an email and a text letting me know they would be calling soon (they didn't I ended up having to call them). After a quick phone interview, I immediately received an offer, filled out an online "Pre-Employment" questionnaire and that was that.

Describe a situation where you had to handle a coworker not doing a good job.
Easy, no interview, I applied through Indeed and had the recruiter had me apply through the Macy’s page then flagged it for me which gave me the accept the job offer. Then if you begin hiring documents on your own and finish in person to begin onboarding
The interview process was easy. It was fully online and the process involved answering questions while being recorded. The total time to complete the online interview was about 25 minutes long.

The interview took less than 10 minutes.I was explained the role, company day to day, as well as pay and compensattion. I was hired on the spot. Started a week later.
