2 Interviews, 30 minutes each. Spoke about Macy's, the training program, and general localization push in the marketing department. Not sure what they were looking for, but the interviewers were very nice.
Video interview with a store manager followed by a phone interview. They ask fair questions. Do your research on Macy’s and tie that information into your answers. They may ask you Specific questions about Macy’s as well.
