I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Macy's (Columbus, OH) in Jun 2009
Interview
I submitted the application & got an email the next day to schedule an interview. At the interview she really didn't ask me much about my experience or anything. She basically just went over the job and asked if everything sounded good. She asked me when I could start and then asked me how much I would want an hour. I asked for $10.00( this was 4 years ago) but she told me she couldn't go higher than 9.50. I needed a job so I accepted.
