Interview
I received a call shortly after applying for the position online. The interview lasted around 15 minutes. The interviewer was polite enough but she spoke very quickly (most likely reading questions and statements from an interviewers' manual) and it was difficult to understand. When I asked for clarification she would just repeat exactly what she had read before. She did appear knowledgeable of the position or positions that were open.

The interview process was not that bad. The hiring manager was nice. They ask you basic interview questions like tell me about yourself etc. the place is chill basic customer service,

easy going customer service related questions. The manager asked me about how I would handle angry customers Also asked me about what I would do If i saw a coworker steal
The interview process is easy. It will walk through typical customer service questions, your past experiences, and how you would get customers to sign up for a credit card. They are looking for weekend availability.
