Interview
The lady was very nice to me when I walked in and she shook my hand and told me to follow her to an office. I was asked the following questions:
Why Macy's?
How you would go about getting an customer to apply for a Macy's Credit Card?
Tell me about a time when someone you worked with did something you knew was wrong, how you handled it, and what was the outcome?
Explain to me an example of when you were on a team, what was your role, and what was the outcome?
If someone came in needing a pair of pants, how would you help them?
How would you upscale the pants into a bigger purchase?
How would you celebrate a purchase?
I did a walk-in job interview during the hiring job fair. I applied for the job on their computer kiosk. Then they put me in for an interview on the same day.

Interview
Answer first question starting with One recorded video and then followed up with multiple recorded responses to additional questions. Pretty simple and straightforward. Dress up on the top and wear whatever on the bottom.
Was an easy phone interview that only took a couple of minutes. I was only asked maybe 3 questions at most. Questions were sales experience, job history, and what I can work
