The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Macy's (Olympia, WA) in Nov 2011
Interview
I arrived 10 minutes early, where I heard someone call a manager over the intercom, the manager came out right at 11, very friendly, she asked me to fill out a form about availability. She then came back out and welcomed me into her office. She asked me about my previous jobs and experience that would make me a good candidate for the job. Pulled out a few sheets of paper, asked questions and took notes while I answered the questions. After the interview, she told me to go sit back out where I was before and she'll look for available positions. I waited about 5 minutes and she asked me to come back in. Offered me a job and asked me to come back in in two weeks for training and pos training.
