Interview
I applied online and was asked to schedule and interview by email the next day. Went to the interview the next week. The interviewer was really nice. It went quickly, the we fired through the questions. Asked about experience, what my hours were, how I would feel having to switch departments, and when I made a major mistake. Afterwards she said I would receive an email the next day telling me if I received the job.

If you were working in the women department and was asked to go help with the children's department how would you feel about it?
Interview was short, on the phone, hired on the spot which was sudden. This was during the holidays and the position was seasonal though so help was probably desperately needed. They just ask about your retail experience, experience in stocks and merchandise, what made you want to apply to Macy's.

1 day process. Interviewer went over my resume. Asked me questions. Reviewed the job description. Showed me around and told me when to come back to start. I came back and started the job.

l have just finished on demand interview ,there were 3 section and final one is re-recording questions, l dont understand if they just record my voice , there is just microfone on the screen and l turrned my camera up because l didnt understand if they record my face or not ???
