The interview was rather brief. I waited for about 3 minutes before my interviewer called me in, and when I came back for the interview, the interviewer just described the job to me, told me the pay, and asked if I was okay with that, and then I received the job.

It was a few calls between the interviewer and I, when it was scheduled everything went great. I did not get the job because I accepted a different offer, but the process was smooth.
Super easy and not so many requirements to getting the job. just do what you need to do and you'll be fine with management and coworkers. opportunities to grow in the company.

What will make you a good candidate for the merchandising team
One on one interviews about customer service skills, previous experience, and passion. If i remember correctly there's some STAR format questions so remember previous work related experiences. Interview isn't too bad.
