Started with a call from HR, then a technical interview with leads based in Australia/PH. HR and interviewers are all very professional. Had a good experience with the interviews. I had to withdraw my application because I accepted an offer elsewhere. Expect a long wait time in between the steps though, but HR is responsive.

Unfortunately, my interview experience was not positive. The same questions were asked repeatedly, and it felt unclear what specific areas were being assessed. I was also frequently interrupted, which made it difficult to fully present my experience. There was even some misreading regarding my resume. Additionally, although the interview was originally arranged as face-to-face and later changed to online, I was still expected to attend in person despite severe weather. This felt inconsiderate and not very respectful of the candidate’s time and effort.
