Had an initial phone interview the director of HR she was very nice and just wanted background info. Second interview was a Zoom call with a required suit and tie was nice to learn about the position. Overall, after learning that an Account Manager would be in Target stores selling products on Thursday through Monday from 12-7PM I was less interested. I assumed it would be a marketing firm with a desk not trying to sell products to Target customers. To me did not feel like the job title matched the work assigned. I was told there would be 5 interviews but was offered after the 2nd. This seemed too fast for me and offering me the job without any salary information was sending up red flags. Overall, seems like a company that encourages growth but to be told you would be in the stores trying to sell products for 6 months to 2 years before promotion was not for me.

very friendly management team, very professional and felt more friendly than most interviews i've been on. took the time to get to know me more and wasn't just focused on asking long thorough questions and answers. love how comfortable they made me feel while waiting in the lobby.
