The 1st interview they go through your resume and ask you questions about your job history, why you want to work there, etc. The second interview they go over the job description in more detail, along with compensation.

The first interview you speak to one of the hiring managers. They ask you questions about yourself to see how you will best fit in the company. It really doesnt feel like an interview its a very friendly atmosphere it feels more like a friend to friend conversation. The second interview you meet with a corporate trainer and they go more into the business and explain more in detail what the position entitles. You then take a questioniare and after you finish the test you meet with one of the directors to discuss any questions you have. I got a call that I got the position the same day.
