Skype interview, they started off the whole process by screwing up a simple time zone conversion. Sat around waiting for an hour in front of my computer for them to call me. Tax issues arose with them being based in California and the job listing not requiring relocating to Chino. They only pay half of your salary while you're at training and it doesn't come up to the promised amount until the first day of your first rotation. They pay 80% of your benefits, and they will email you a very detailed breakdown of what your contribution will look like. The biggest reason (I had plenty but this was the straw that broke the proverbial back if you will) that I did not accept the job was the blatant bait and switch with the schedule. They told me over the phone and during the skype interview that it was to be an 8/6. What they didn't tell me, and I had to read it out of the job offer letter, was that it will EVENTUALLY be an 8/6, but until they can find enough pilots to swing that, it was to be a "20 flight day month" schedule. I'm assuming that meant a 10/8, but judging from previous reviews and industry knowledge this left the door open for them to try some serious shenanigans. Potential over time pay never came up either.
