First stage is a face to face interview, with a member of the graduate recruitment team and a member of the team you are applying for. They ask you ordinary competency based questions and then speak about your C.V. They make you feel very comfortable, but know your C.V. inside out. Stage 2 - Assessment Centre - Half a day, consists of 2 group activities, 1 problem solving, 1 picking a location for a new school with loads of different variables. Individual is picking a project for Mace to go forward with.
