Interview
The interview has 4 stages. The team lead, HR, Directors and CEO. It can be visual or physical but the interview with the CEO is usually physical. Also there will some form of written exam which is part of the first stage.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MacLevi Projects (Lagos) in Oct 2020
Interview
An aptitude test, followed by an AutoCAD test to reproduce a printed model.
An interview with the HR and department team leads.
Finally an interview with the managing director before an offer is made.
