I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mac's Convenience Stores (Calgary, AB) in Oct 2015

Interview

This was a one to one interview with the the area rep. after which it was an interview with the requiting manager. Then there a training period for two weeks After successful completion of the training was given a store to run it independently.

Standard interview. Not rocket science. It was a minimum wage job so nothing specific. Got a call to come down for a personal interview once i applied thru employee referal.
