Interview with the Creative Director, followed by 3 interviews (Senior Designer, Account Director and at the end the CEO as well). There was a bit of a break between first and second round interviews.

Which project I wanted to talk about in my portfolio. Usually I got asked about specific ones so having to pick one was interesting. I had to choose one I'm really passionate about but that would also be of importance to the role.
