Interview
After a promising first interview I was invited back for a second interview on the last day of my employment with my previous employer. When I also couldn't attend on the following day due to a death in the family, they kept delaying the recruiter I was liaising with for over a week.
Although I appreciate there was extenuating circumstances, it's just unprofessional to not keep candidates in the loop and to not keep promises.
This may be an unique case but doesn't set a good example of how they communicate and keep to promises.
