RUN RUN RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. Shortly after applying, I received an email from HR asking me to complete a 6-hour timed design assignment—without any prior conversation, screening call, or interview. It felt like they were simply looking for free design work rather than genuinely evaluating candidates.
On top of that, when I inquired about the salary, the compensation mentioned was significantly below market standards. The entire process felt unprofessional and disrespectful of candidates’ time.
I would strongly recommend not wasting your time here.

The interview process felt somewhat unstructured, with limited clarity around the specific duties and expectations of the role. While the atmosphere was friendly and conversational, it occasionally came across as slightly unprofessional.

Interview
It was a fairly easy process but the HR team was rude and was late to all my interviews. Her responses to my answers were condescending and snarky. When it got to the part where I had a chance to ask questions I was constantly talked over. It was clear that my interviewer thought I was beneath her, I have NEVER been treated this bad at an interview.
The process was a little excessive for the job description and pay but it wasn’t hard. It was a 5 step process
1. First interview ( interviewer was 15 minutes late)
2. Test
3. Skill test where you had to design something for their client for free
4. Final interview ( Interviewer was 40 minutes late, she came out to see me just as I was about to leave )
