very friendly and welcoming. very much personality based and wanting you to show and demonstrate how you quickly build rapport to a customer enquiring about a procedure. They are honest about the training and how important the experience is for the patient/ customer.

I was first taken in with the Director who explained all about his success to the point of arrogance and asked a few questions about my personal life. Then I was taken in with the sales manager who was very encouraging and essentially used the interview as a sales pitch
