Interview
Three rounds of interview. First round is with department manager. Second round is with HOD. Final round is with HR. All in the process total took about 1 month from first interview to final interview.
I have an HR interview, It is a chill chatting setting for 45 mins, asking mostly behavioral questoins. The HR is friendly and willing to be transparent for the programme
The interview process was average. Questions asked were not very hard. Interviewer seems unengaged with interviewee. Interviewer did not provide opportunity for interviewee to ask questions. The whole process takes about 30 minutes.

Good straightforward interview process. Interviews were conducted in a very conversational manner. I applied for a technical role so there was a lot of technical industry-specific questions asked. There were three formal interviews for my role.
