There were seemingly endless rounds of interviews that became less relevant as they went on. After 5 rounds and several weeks I removed myself from the process. There seems to be much bureaucracy as with any large bank.
Good interview process in my eyes. Everyone was very friendly and the questions were simple. Tell me about youself, experience as a PM, how do you handle challenges, tell me about a time you had a difficult team member etc

3 rounds with various levels - Director, VP level. The interviews and interview timeline was spread across three months with an update after five months. Not really an ideal interview process.

It was a competency skills based interview with various questions, asking for providing examples. Questions were focused on sharing examples to showcase key achievements and some technical skills. Experience was overall good.
