All the team members come to see me and shared pretty much about the job scope and requirement, which is quite helpful. Both higher management and the seniors attended the interview and provided job description in various perspective.

Two rounds conducted. Said positive feedback. But no response from HR. After 3 weeks, HR replied that they hired other candidate. Not sure why they gave a positive feedback but never released the offer.

First round is Online assessment with 5 parts, almost about attention to details. Second round is HR phone screening about 30 minutes following with an hour excel test. Third round is online interview with hiring manager.
