Behavioral interview on-campus. Nothing surprising. I applied through my school's private hiring site. The interview was scheduled within a week. I met with an Assistant VP who didn't seem to have too much experience interviewing. There was a second round of interviews, but I declined the offer as I had secured a separate position.
