Interview
I recently interviewed for the Technology and Data Intern position at MSCI, and the experience was highly professional and well-organized. The process was structured in multiple stages, starting with an online test.
There were a total of three rounds of interview. Two technical rounds and one HR round.
The technical rounds focused on key concepts relevant to the role like data structures, algorithms, Web Development and DevOps concepts, etc tailored to assess practical knowledge and application.
The HR round was equally insightful, emphasizing teamwork, problem-solving, and my interest in technology and data.
I appreciated how the interviewers made the atmosphere comfortable, allowing me to present my ideas confidently and provided helpful feedback during the discussions.
Finally I was happy to get selected for the role.
Overall it was a great experience to interview at MSCI and I thank them for providing me with this opportunity.

Questions were related to data structures, algorithms, web development and DevOps concepts.

It was a few rounds but it was very smooth. The interviewers were respectful and had thoughtful questions. They were communicative about next steps and open to any questions the candidate may have.
Interview was alright, 2 rounds 30min each via zoom. Friendly interviewer, mostly cv screening and behaviour questions. Especially strict on student status. Ask about future career path and suitability. Introduced in detail what the company is doing
covered oops coding machine learning and some dbms queries. coding was very basic and ended with os. this was a great experience having an offer with MSCI. in OOPs they asked about constructors about interface and abstract class.

On campus Placement. Online Assessment on Hacker Rank. I was selected for the Interview process that was of 3 rounds, two technical and one HR. The interview rounds were 15 mins each. Was asked basic questions in the first round, some puzzles in the second round.
