I had technical interviews two rounds, but now they have introduced MCQ round first.
I had in detail infrastructural project details.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at MSCI (New York, NY) in Jan 2023
Interview
Met with 6-7 different people of varying levels. Also had to give a sales pitch role play style interview with 2 people. Overall really good experience.
Only weird thing is that I met with a random selection of team members, most of which I wouldn’t be directly working with.

How does your background make you a good fit for MSCI
Very straight forward, fast and to the point. 2 introductory high level interviews, 2 technical ones, 1 presentation, 1 HR. Fast turnaround, good structure, good organization, and presentation done in their office.
