This was an on campus opportunity. The interview process begin with coding test, 27 people were shortlisted. Further 2 technical rounds and a single HR round was planned. The sad thing about this process was that, they did not value our time at all. The panelists did not co-ordinate well and timings were messed up. By the end of the day they suddenly decided that they'll skip half of the candidates as they did not have enough time to conduct their interviews and only judged the other half. We were not even given an opportunity or a valid explanation even though we were shortlisted and performed well in both the tech rounds.
