I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MRM
Interview
Very smooth overall. From the coordination to the interviews themselves. I felt welcome from my arrival and seriously enjoyed all of my interviews.
It was less of a traditional question and answer style interview and more of a free-flowing conversation. They wanted me to ask lots of questions myself about the work and team.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at MRM (Detroit, MI) in Apr 2020
Interview
Simple phone interview with a recruiter from the area followed by an in-person meeting with Creative Directors, then a meeting with the local office's CCO. From there, I got a phone call from the first recruiter that I first spoke with and she sent me the offer via email the same night.

Question 1
Show me what's in your book, and then tell me the process from start to finish for your work and how you specifically were involved.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at MRM (Salt Lake City, UT)
Interview
The interview process was really easy. Came in, met creative directors, and just chatted. I was hired as freelance at first to test the waters. A few months later I was taken on full time.

Question 1
After looking at my book before I came in they just wanted to get to know me.
