The interview process was very well organized and set up. Had a phone interview, followed by another technical phone interview which was with the Assoc Director of Technology. I was called for an in-person interview and that was the best part of the process. Every one was very calm, relaxed and were not pressing for a particular answer. It seemed they were all doing technical as well as personality evaluation. The interview was discussion-based, experience-based questions and how I would add value to the team. The decision was quick and the negotiations process was a breeze as well.
