Phone screen, first round of panel interview, possible second round if they haven't made up their mind/want clarification.
Questions will be about experiences working with people with disabilities, times you have advocated for such people, how do you handle multiple projects at once, how do you handle stress, etc. Fairly typical questions. If you are not familiar with working in the social services field, really research the mission statement & know about other agencies that yours pairs with.
Welcoming atmosphere, friendly people, you will feel at ease.
