I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MPLT Healthcare (Boca Raton, FL) in Jul 2019
Interview
Several phone interviews, followed by an in-person interview. I shadowed several of the top performers, who wanted nothing more than to end the experience. Ultimately, I was interviewed by a manager who was NOT the manager I worked under. That manager and I, from day one, did not work well together. I firmly believe if they had been the one to interview me, I would not have accepted the position.

Question 1
How does your non-health care recruiting experience make you a qualified candidate for this position?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at MPLT Healthcare in Mar 2024
Interview
I had a phone interview that went well with their recruiter and then I was invited for an onsite panel interview with bout 6 to 7 people. In total I spent about 2 hours onsite. Aftwrwards I nrver heard from the revruiter which absolutely shocked me. If a candsiaye comes onsite its for that amount of tkme and meets that many stakeholders its common professional practice to provide them with an update.
