Interview
Conversationally casual with no direct experience questions. Seems like they were looking for a personality fit before a technical fit. The conversation lasted just shy of 30 mins and lacked any direct questions about experience, completed projects or goals.
Interview process was very clear and quick. People were honest and I felt like my time was valued as a candidate. At every stage, they let me know what would come next. It started with a screener, individual interview, writing assignment, panel interview, and a final interview.
