Interview
It was a very relaxed process. They want to see if you fit with their motto, friendly, approachable and questions asked will be reflected of that. In addition to your resume, they will ask something they want to know more about, why you want to work here, etc. It's two interviews from the time I got interviewed: phone and then in person at the store location
I applied online, inquired in-store, and was asked for an in-person interview. I heard back a day later, so quick turnaround. The interview lasted about 20-30min. They began by asking to go over my previous work experience then went into their questions.
After applying online, I inquired in the store as a follow-up and was quickly scheduled for an in-person interview. The interview was straightforward, starting with a summary of my previous work experience. They asked questions about my previous work experience, customer service, and some questions to check if I fit in with the work culture (like what I would change about myself)
