All five senior managers questioning one interviewee in a conference room. This process could be intimidating for some applicants. You have to have good self confidence going in, and not get rattled by the presence of two owners and three managers. Be prepared to talk about specific experiences in your previous positions.

Called to ask the status of my resume and hopefully scheduled an interview. I had to call back multiple times, they were busy at the time. Finally, I scheduled an interview. I Brought resume and dressed professionally. I was asked the basic interview questions. Not too difficult.
