I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MOBĒ (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview process was very informational and not too drawn out. The only bit of criticism I have is that I had to meet with each member of the HR team (I believe it was 3 or 4 people) separately via Zoom during. Would have been a lot less clunky if that were streamlined somehow.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at MOBĒ
Interview
The process went very well smooth. They were very thoughtful in their recruiting an interview process process. Multiple interviews with multiple team members allowed me the time to really think about and consider the opportunity. More importantly, it gave me a chance to get to know the team and learn the culture in a way I have not had before. I also was given the opportunity to see the Reno office in person, which further allowed me see and feel for what life at MOBE would be like. Overall, while the process was a bit long, I am glad for it and would not have it any other way. From both ends, we had the time and experiences together to make sure it was the right choice for all of us.
