MNJ Technologies interview questions

Conducted twi virtual interview with manager and HR and 2 in-person interviews at their office in one if their conference rooms again with management and HR. Similar questions each time.

In my opinion, MNJ is deciding what they want on the fly as they meet interviewees. They told the recruiter that presented me they would not extend an offer because I didn't have an AWS certification for a collaboration consulting role (not sure why it's applicable), three days after communicating to the recruiter and me that an offer was on its way. This just left a bad taste in my mouth and I think I may have dodged a bullet not going to work at MNJ.
