Interview
At the time it was a zoom meeting, but now they do them in person. Someone from HR and the manager participated. They discussed prior experience, asked how I would support their company mission statement of being "Caring People Caring for People", my thoughts on diversity, why I wanted to work there and other fairly straight forward/typical questions.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MNGI Digestive Health in Nov 2023
Interview
I had a 30 phone minute interview with HR. About half the time was spent answering questions and half the time was spent getting specific information about the position. Then I had a 60 minute virtual interview with the site director and manager.
