      I applied online. I interviewed at MITRE (McLean, VA) in Sept 2023

      Interview

      Phone screen with Human Resources, phone screen with group leader, panel interview with various levels of leadership. Supplied answers to a series of questions and what would be my approach, where I would seek answers, and how I would implement a systematic process for the research. Hired afterwards.

      I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at MITRE in Sept 2021

      Interview

      I spoke with an employee for an hour on the phone. It was a screening call. The employee was pleasant to talk with. We discussed my background and details about this role as well as the company culture. After that, there was silence for about 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, an internal HR person emailed me about a panel interview. We agreed on the date and time but no meeting invite was sent to me. I emailed the HR person but he was unresponsive. On the scheduled time, someone called me and said there was a miscommunication and an invite was sent. I joined the call. I was interviewed by 4 people. I thought the call went fine. Discussion about my background and why I am interested in the role. I was told that I'd hear back in 2 weeks. After two weeks, no response. I finally got a generic response saying that I did not get the role. No feedback provided.
